TLC acquired 3609 10th Avenue, Los Angeles, CA (“The Depot”) in 2019 and over the next four years, developed an award-winning 100k square foot high clear medical office building across three levels with large outdoor decks, subterranean parking and high end, energy efficient building systems. The Depot is adjacent to TLC’s 3101 Exposition and 3629-3645 10th Avenue projects and is only three blocks from the intersection of the MTA Blue Line and the new LAX line at Crenshaw/Exposition. The Los Angeles Department of Mental Health is the anchor tenant.
