Chairman
Marc is the Chairman of TLC and also holds equity interests in many other private and public companies and serves on the Board of Directors of Welk Real Estate, Inc. Mr. Luzzatto has also been involved in a number of private investments and ventures, and in civic and charitable activities throughout his career. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Southern Methodist University and a Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law.

President
Asher is the President of TLC and manages all aspects of TLC operations, including acquisitions, investor relations, asset management, financing, leasing and development. Prior to joining TLC, Asher was an attorney at Pircher, Nichols & Meeks, one of the premier real estate law firms in the United States. His practice focused on complex real estate transactions, with an emphasis on the representation of private equity funds and other institutional investors in the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of commercial real estate assets. Asher graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. in Communications and a minor in Political Science. He obtained his J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School.
