TLC acquired 3101 W Exposition Blvd., Los Angeles, CA (“The Dairy”) in 2019. TLC redeveloped the existing abandoned industrial campus into a 100k square foot, 2+ acre Class A office and logistics campus with a mix of renovated industrial buildings, brand new creative office construction, and over an acre of highly-functional outdoor space. The campus serves as the corporate HQ for Sweetgreen, a public company with a national chain of successful restaurants. The Dairy is located along the MTA blue line and is 2 blocks from the brand new LAX line stop at Crenshaw/Exposition.
