4585 Electronics Place is a 97,000 square foot property on 5.5 acres of land adjacent to Griffith Park and the Los Angeles River. After a previous owner had begun preliminary conversion to studio space, TLC acquired the property in 2004 and completed the conversion. The property has served as a major production facility for Quixote Studios ever since.
