TLC acquired five QuikTrip convenience store properties in Atlanta, Georgia and two properties in St. Louis, Missouri in 1989. The properties were leased back to QuickTrip Corporation on long-term leases. The mortgages on the properties have self-amortized, providing very strong long-term cash flows.
