The Woodland Park Apartments in the Bronzeville neighborhood of Chicago were acquired through the Luzzatto Real Estate Value Fund I, L.P. in 2010. The property consists of 162 apartments in a mixed condominium and apartment project. The property was originally built in 1989 and partially renovated in 2005. TLC has since renovated the majority of units coming available, increasing rents dramatically and significantly improving the efficiency and overall performance of the property.
