Austin Oaks was acquired by The Luzzatto Company, Inc. in August of 2018. Austin Oaks is Austin’s largest infill office park consisting of 445,322 square feet on 32 acres along the MoPac Expressway (Loop 1) in Central Austin. TLC completely remodeled the campus at Austin Oaks, renovating lobbies and tenant spaces, redesigning common areas, green spaces and landscaping, and incorporating large-scale artwork throughout.. Occupancy at Austin Oaks has improved dramatically since TLC’s acquisition.
