Austin Oaks was acquired by The Luzzatto Company, Inc. in August of 2018. Austin Oaks is Austin’s largest infill office park consisting of 445,322 square feet on 32 acres along the MoPac Expressway (Loop 1) in Central Austin. Having newly acquired the asset, TLC plans to bring a creative perspective to Austin Oaks and emphasize the site’s unique green spaces through incorporation of local artwork on the grounds and strategic additions of amenities.
