TLC acquired this 28,000 square foot retail building in 1997 when it was leased to Stroud's. Stroud's filed for Chapter 11 in 2000 and TLC repositioned the property to take advantage of rapidly increasing rents in Santa Monica. The property is currently leased to CVS and BevMo with very strong cash flow.
