3101 W Exposition Blvd., Los Angeles, CA was acquired by the The Luzzatto Company in 2019. The project will serve as another premier example of TLC’s expertise in creative office conversions. A former Unified Grocer’s dairy facility, the Property will be the new corporate headquarters for Sweetgreen, Inc., a national chain serving simple, seasonal, healthy food. Luzzatto successfully pre-leased the entire building to Sweetgreen in 2019. TLC has engaged HLW International to design the new creative campus, which will feature a rehabilitation of existing, industrial-style structures, as well as new eco-friendly construction with an emphasis on simplicity and sustainability. 3101 Exposition Blvd is located a block from TLC’s 3339 Exposition Place project. Both are located across from the LA Metro Expo Line’s Crenshaw Station. This station will also serve as the start point for LA Metro’s new LAX direct shuttle.
