Originally leased by TLC in 1998, the building was acquired in 2006. TLC has performed multiple value-add renovations to the space, including the creation of high-end creative office space as well as production space. 2700 Pennsylvania is comprised of 54,000 square feet of creative space and to date has hosted tenants such as Yahoo!, Red Bull, Carat International, and The Honest Company.
