The Luzzatto Company acquired this 50,000 square foot building on approximately 100,000 square feet of land in 1997. The building has been fully leased to FedEx throughout TLC's ownership. Given the huge increase in multifamily developments in the immediately vicinity, TLC continues to build value-add opportunities with the property.
